Mill drives revamped at ArcelorMittal Celaya plant, Mexico
Excellent teamwork between ArcelorMittal and Danieli Automation teams
Danieli Automation was chosen to execute Drives Revamping for the whole plant, with a project divided in 3 phases. Phase 1 consisted on 18 DC drives for finishing area replaced with new drives. Commissioning was effectively completed in April 2021.
After the tuning the new drives, the target is to reach a new production record.
Teamwork with Customer has been one of the keys of the success of the project.
