Danieli Automation is proud to be selected as partner for the supply of the new extended Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for Ezz Flat Steel plant for flat and long products in Ain Sokhna, Egypt.

The modern, web-based Q3-Manufacturing solution will play a key role in supporting Ezz Steel’s digital transformation journey, delivering a fully integrated, end-to-end platform for production management and advanced analytics.

The Q3-Manufacturing system will cover the entire production flow, including:

- Two melt shop plants

- Quality Strip Production (QSP) thin slab caster and hot strip mill

- Billet caster

- Two bar and wire rod mills

- Hot skin-pass mill

The Q3-Manufacturing scope includes a comprehensive set of advanced functionalities:

- Order Dressing

- Operational Planning and Detailed Scheduling

- Melt Shop Pacing and real-time shop floor coordination

- Raw materials, billet, bundle, and coil Yard Management

- Quality Management

- Inline and predictive quality control

- Advanced Analytics and reporting

By combining real-time production data with integrated planning and analytics, the Q3-Manufacturing solution will enable enhanced operational visibility, improved decision-making, and continuous performance optimization across the plant.
