HiLEVEL - Electromagnetic mould level control commissioned in Gerdau Sidertul, Mexico
Only 3 days to conclude and complete commissioning phase
Danieli Automation successfully completed commissioning of HiLevel revamping Project in April 2021 for Gerdau Sidertul, in Mexico.
The old LDR electromagnetic mould level measurement system was replaced with new HiLevel LU4231 including also the automatic start of the three casting strands; HMI/OWS upgrade for CCM pulpit was also implemented.
Complete commissioning was done in 3 days plant shutdown without any delay or impact on plant production.
