The Future Steel Forum, which will take place in a virtual setup on 8th and 9th December, is primarily concerned with Industry 4.0 and other advanced digital technologies that are impacting global steel manufacturing.

In this context, environmental sustainability is becoming one of the most important and meaningful aspect of the future of steel production, together with the digital innovation applied at all levels. Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Management and Predictive Analysis are new technologies with top priority in the industrial digitalization agenda.

Danieli Automation, together with the Pittini Group, will present the Acciaierie di Verona Rolling Mill as a success case study to show how digital innovation is fundamental for a steel production in line with environmental protection.
