The Q-Tube - Plant Production Management (PPM) is the module developed to provide optimal plant utilization, through coordinated scheduling and tighter control of production tracking.
Managing the data coming from Level 3 and the production tracking events coming from Level 1 Automation System, The Q-Tube PPM performs the following functions:
QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM (QCS)
The Q-Tube - Quality Control System (QCS) aims to automatically identify the quality level of seamless tubes on the basis of measurements collected during the process and the application of a set of pre-defined quality evaluation rules.
