Q-MET Open Architecture

Q-MET open architecture makes it easy to integrate with any plant automation and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Q-MET is modular and configurable in order to reduce the customization required by customers. Q-MET lets you select the most advantageous solution and functions to support your business rules and processes.

Standard Q-MET modules: 

  Sales & Orders – supports sales operations with customer, price and order management.
  Purchase – supports purchase operations with material requirements, supplier data and tracks the receiving purchased material. 
  Order Dressing – performs production feasibility and generates Production Data Input (PDI) and routing information required for Level 2 system.
Mid-Term Planning – is the tool for order promise and plant capacity and raw material availability plans. 
  Production Planning – optimizes and manages plant calendar, production plans and order progress. 
  Production Scheduling – production program optimization and re-scheduling. 
  Production Progress Control – supports automatic and/or manual data collection and tracking from the shop floor.
  Quality – inspection, test samples and certification. 
  Stockyard – inventory optimization and control with real-time physical location of pieces.
  Shipping – plans produced material deliveries, load optimizations and required documents. 
  Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) – allow you to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI), to quickly address your business challenges. 
  E-Commerce – direct on-line customer contact, request for quotation (RFQ), order tracking shipping documents, quality certificates, etc. 
  Advanced Scheduler – scheduling models supported by Gantt diagrams. 
  Plant Performance Indicator – quick graphical overview of production areas to the pulpit operator.
  Energy Monitoring System (EMS) – allows real-time monitoring, trend and historical consumption analysis of gas, electrical energies and water.
